You know, when I read the AN/Apologies, I was sure this would be the happy end to drama, you know, with Emma and Emily having a tearful reunion, and then an ending scene where they come into Elizabeth's house and the story ends with Sophia running to them and Elizabeth deliriously happy... I'm still waiting, I guess.
Otherwise, very good story. I really like how you tried your hand at this soap opera/futurefic genre, and you're really good at it. I thought everything was very believable (for being vaguely soap-opera) and well-written.
