Very well-written. Good to finally learn what went on with Emma and Hotch. I really enjoyed that confrontation. And Emily comparing Emma and Hotch to her and Scott - priceless. I wonder if we'll some of those confrontations sometime.
The sparring scene was also great, especially Didi's final shot she is so like Emma... all she needs to learn is how to make coffee.
Another weird tradition joins! At least they're very liberal.

What was Emma's gift to Emily? And what was their third tradition? It seems Emily was the top that night, and it's certainly connected to "this Christmas had just been a patch of insanity, what with... the bedpost incident". Do we get some Christmas smut? Please? We've been good and nice... now we want naughty!
Emma and Emily aren't aware of the old Christmas tradition? In America, on Christmas, Jews eat Chinese take out or at Chinese Restaurants, because neither of those groups celebrates. It's culture symbiosis!
The end... the thoughts expressed there were simply a perfect end to this part of the story... even if they weren't religiously appropriate, which makes it so much better.
