This was so powerful. And you say it's only angst, but it's not. These two... in this universe, they are both so broken. And they've been like that, on and off, for a huge part of the story. But here, I finally see hope. I see them beginning to move one, to live by themselves.
I also really like Elizabeth. She's aware of what she has to lose, and is working to keep it, and it's beautiful. But I'd love to see more of her interactions with Emma, because that sounds like such an interesting relationship...
