Ha, this was completely priceless! Especially the footnotes! Such a great idea to integrate some of my favourite fairytales with Once upon a time characters. Everyone else in the fandom insists on casting Regina as the miller's daughter and this new take on her backstory was quite honestly a breath of fresh air. Oh and I loved that her father was the gardener instead of the king and how you cleverly wove her connection to the Blind Witch and the apple into all this. Favourite part is without a doubt "Except for the Shetland Pony, who was adopted by an evil fairy, and given a very pleasant life for many years afterwards." :D Brilliant story, thanks for sharing!
