Now, the Emily in Scott's Emma -- her I'd describe as submissive sexually. Of course, Emily is never submissive in day-to-day life, but you do write her as pretty much rolling over to Emma.
Of course, that's all quite distinct from wanting to be emotionally hurt. All the Emilies (lol) quite distinctly hate that, and sadly they're pretty much all getting hurt emotionally in one way or another.
At least you don't have them being hurt by JJ like most every other FF writer does, though. Bless you for that! Emma's so very much more creative with her sadism. . . and purposeful, of course.
